Print-on-Demand: good things come to those who wait

Here at PinkNews we’re trying to do our little bit for planet Earth so we print all of our products on demand. This minimizes waste by avoiding overproduction and means we can spend less time trying to flog old stock and more time creating new, unique designs for you to enjoy!

We always endeavor to create and send your item as fast as we can but please allow 5-10 days for production and delivery of your item. If it has been over 10 days and you have not received your item, please email [email protected] and we’ll see if we can find out what’s going on.

Returns

Since every item is made-to-order we are unable to offer returns unless the item is faulty. Please ensure you read the item descriptions carefully and use our size guide before making your purchase. If you are unhappy with your item please email [email protected] and we will see what we can do

Corrections

If you make a mistake on your order, please contact our support team as soon as you can so we can amend your order before production begins. If we’ve sent you the wrong order (oops!) please let us know so that we can send you the correct item. Since we made the mistake, you do not have to return the item. You can keep it!

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible after purchasing. As long as the item has not gone into production we will be able to cancel and refund. If the item has already shipped we will not be able to cancel or refund.

Shipping

PinkNews ships worldwide. Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days for UK, US and Europe and 5-10 days for Rest of World.
