Erm, you’ve sent me the wrong thing?
If we’ve sent you the wrong item (oops!) please contact [email protected] We may ask you to take a picture of what you have received so we can verify. We will send you the correct item as soon as we can and since we made the mistake, you do not have to return the item. You can keep it!
This item is damaged. What do I do?
Please contact us straight away at [email protected] We may ask you to take a picture of what you have received so we can verify. We’ll then send you the correct item as soon as we can and you don’t have to send the faulty item back to us. You can keep it!
I ordered my normal size but it doesn’t fit, can I return/exchange it?
As every item is made-to-order we are not currently able to offer exchanges on items that do not fit. Please look carefully at the photos and refer to our size guide before making your purchase.
Uh oh, I just entered the wrong address information. Can I still correct it?
If you’ve made a mistake, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as you can. As long as the item has not shipped we should be able to update your order.
I’ve changed my mind!!! How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as you can after placing your order. As long as your order has not gone into production we will be able to cancel it and refund you straight away. Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped we will not be able to cancel or refund it.
It’s been ages and my item has not even shipped, can I cancel my order?
Please remember that all of our items are made-to-order so they do take a little time to create and send. We endeavor to get items to you as soon as we can but we do ask you to allow between 3-5 days for production, it may take longer at busy times, and then an additional 3-7 days for shipping. 

If it’s been 10 days and your order has not shipped please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll look into it for you. As long as your item has not gone into production we are able to cancel and refund it for you.
What's the ETA of my order?
You will receive a notification once your item has shipped, you can then expect to receive your item between 3-7 days after this dependent on your location. Please allow a minimum of 5-10 days for production and shipping of your item. If it’s been longer than 10 days please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll look into it for you.
I received the shipping notification but I still haven't received my order.
All of our items are shipped via UPS. You can use the tracking number in the shipping notification to keep tabs on where your order is. 
If you are unable to track your item or you think it’s gone missing then please contact us at [email protected], and we will try to track it down for you.
